This Privacy Notice explains how Body by Dolo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our website, coaching, classes, memberships, and related services (the "Service").

1. Controller

Body by Dolo is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service. Contact: hello@bodybydolo.com.

2. Personal Data We Collect

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Account & submission data: waitlist requests, consultation forms, referral codes and status.
• Support messages: content of any messages you send us.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps.
• Health & fitness information that you voluntarily share with your coach.

Payment card and billing information is collected and processed by our reseller Paddle.com; we do not store card numbers.

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

• To provide coaching, classes, and other services you request (contract).
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interests).
• To operate and secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).
• To administer the referral program (contract / legitimate interests).
• To send transactional messages (contract) and, where permitted, marketing (consent).
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Sharing

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, and infrastructure providers used to run the Service.
• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com processes payments, subscriptions, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and insurance professionals where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Contact and submission data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. 8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to operate the Service (for example, to remember a referral code). We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
